Recently, the Jiuzhouli Characteristic Commercial District project in Xigong District, Luoyang, has been advancing smoothly and is about to enter the interior decoration phase.
Located on Jiayumen Avenue, adjacent to the Jiu Zhou Pond scenic area of the Sui-Tang Luoyang City, the project covers a total construction area of 76,000 square meters, with three above-ground floors and two underground levels, along with 600 parking spaces. Integrating modern design and trendy business formats, the project combines specialty dining, intangible cultural heritage experiences, and immersive performances to create a distinctive pedestrian street blending Tang dynasty charm with contemporary fashion. Once completed, it will further enhance the supporting facilities around the Sui-Tang Luoyang City scenic area, enrich urban cultural tourism consumption scenarios, and promote high-quality development of Luoyang’s cultural tourism industry.
