Recently, at a dragon fruit plantation in Yijing Village, Shouyangshan Subdistrict, Yanshi District, Luoyang, farmers are harvesting the bountiful fresh fruit for nearby markets. Relying on standardized smart greenhouses and precision cultivation techniques, Shouyangshan Subdistrict has pioneered “growing southern fruits in northern regions,” enabling tropical dragon fruit to thrive in northern soil. This specialty, high-efficiency agriculture is driving rural revitalization and continuously expanding opportunities for local employment and stable income growth among farmers.
