During the coldest days of winter, the ear warmer processing orders at Luoyang Qiyue Zao Wu Factory in Yibin District are booming, with orders already scheduled until the end of next year. The factory ships an average of 10,000 items daily, and some products are flown overseas overnight.
This project is set to launch at the end of 2024, focusing on overseas market demands. It will mainly feature hand-woven ear warmers and offer a variety of styles such as retro, minimalist, and cute children’s designs. With its unique texture and personalized designs, it aims to stand out in the market. The factory adopts a “on-site processing + outsourcing processing” model, simplifying the assembly process to facilitate local residents to work nearby or at home, thereby increasing the income of hundreds of people, with a daily wage of about two hundred yuan.
Since October 2025, the project has produced over one million ear warmers and has exported them to countries such as Russia. The person in charge has expanded the influence by promoting on Douyin and registering the “Yujianli” trademark.
