On January 23rd, the 20th Fashion Tourism Golden List Awards Ceremony was officially held. Longmen Grottoes was honored with the title of “2025 Golden Choice Travel Destination”, while Longmen Ancient Street made its debut on the list and won the “2025 Golden Choice Travel Product” award. The two cultural and tourism landmarks jointly claimed the industry’s prestigious awards, highlighting the strong strength and unique charm of Luoyang’s cultural and tourism sector.

It is reported that the 2023 Fashion Travel Golden List Awards Ceremony is guided by China Culture Media Group, hosted by Fashion Magazine and organized by Fashion Travel Magazine. With the core theme of “A Place to Call Home, Traveling the World with Style”, the list selection is both professional and influential, serving as an important indicator guiding the trend of cultural and tourism consumption. As the earliest established and most internationally influential tourism media in China, Fashion Travel Magazine is also the first overseas copyright partner of the National Geographic Society of the United States, always playing a crucial role as a bridge for cultural and tourism exchanges between China and the world.

It is worth noting that the Longmen Grottoes have been listed on this authoritative series of rankings for three consecutive years, with its cultural and tourism influence continuously rising. In 2023, recommended by “Condé Nast Traveler China” (the Chinese copyright partner of National Geographic Traveler), the Longmen Grottoes were selected as one of the magazine’s “World’s Most Beautiful Destinations” for the year, becoming the only Chinese destination to make the list and astonishing the world. In 2024, it once again made a strong appearance on the list, winning the title of “2024 Classic Travel Destination”. In 2025, the Longmen Grottoes maintained their position, earning the “Gold Choice Travel Destination” award. Moreover, the first appearance of the Longmen Ancient Street on the list marked a full-chain upgrade of the Longmen cultural and tourism IP.(Reporter Meng Shan, Correspondent Zhang Jie, Photos and Text)
