Recently, tourists visited and experienced the “Sancai Town” in Nanshishan Village, Chaoyang Town, Mengjin District, to appreciate the unique charm of Tang Sancai pottery-making techniques, a national intangible cultural heritage.
Nanshishan Village is a nationally renowned production base for Tang Sancai art. In recent years, the local area has leveraged its traditional Tang Sancai craftsmanship to develop a distinctive cultural tourism destination, promoting new business models such as “intangible heritage + educational research” and “intangible heritage + cultural creativity.” These initiatives attract visitors to experience the thousand-year-old intangible heritage techniques, drive the upgrading of rural cultural tourism industries, and support local income growth and rural revitalization.
