The Luoyang Foreign-related Commercial and Legal Service Center completed and put into use

On the May 6th, it is learned from the Judicial Bureau of Luoyang  that the Luoyang Foreign-related Commercial and Legal Service Center is completed and put into use recently, marking the realization of the physical operation of the city’s foreign-related legal service platform.

Luoyang Foreign-related Commercial and Legal Service Center is the first municipal-level foreign-related legal service cluster in the Henan province. It is located in the Luoyang Area of China (Henan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, covering a total area of over 2,100 square meters. It has undergone a comprehensive hardware upgrade and environmental improvement, aiming to create a professional, convenient and efficient foreign-related legal service window for enterprises and the public. Currently, the Luoyang Arbitration Commission (Luoyang International Commercial Arbitration Institute) and the Luoyang Lawyers Association have moved in as a whole.

The comprehensive service hall of this service center has 14 service windows, providing one-stop processing for business mediation, business arbitration, foreign-related legal services and other businesses. It also has a foreign law research center, a foreign-related business and legal service center, an enterprise compliance service center, etc. In addition, the trial area of Luoyang Arbitration Commission has multiple standardized arbitration courts, which can meet the needs of 13 arbitration courts to hold hearings simultaneously.(Reporter Shen lichao  Correspondent Ma Jianguang)
