During the cold winter, in the Luoyang Ancient City scenic spot, members of a silver-haired Hanfu art troupe with an average age of nearly 60 gracefully strolled and danced, attracting tourists to stop and take pictures, adding a touch of lively warmth to the winter.

“Putting on Hanfu brings back the vitality of our youth!” said 62-year-old team leader Ba Jinling with a smile. This team, spontaneously formed by retired people who love traditional culture, gathers every week to rehearse, integrating traditional customs and etiquette into the choreography of model shows and dances.

Although retired, they still want to contribute their share of energy. Ba Jinling introduced that the members often wear Hanfu and go to communities, scenic spots, cultural venues, etc. On the one hand, they showcase the positive, elegant and fashionable spirit of the elderly in the new era. On the other hand, they promote the Hanfu culture of Luoyang, attract more tourists to experience Hanfu, and contribute their humble efforts to making Luoyang Hanfu go viral.
