Recently, at the production workshop of Luoyang Hongbing Food Co., Ltd. in Zhengcun Town, Xin’an County, workers were busy manufacturing specialty bamboo tube zongzi for the Dragon Boat Festival market. In recent years, leveraging local resource advantages, the region has vigorously developed its specialty food industry. Products such as bamboo tube zongzi and fresh corn have gained popularity both domestically and internationally, creating employment opportunities and increasing incomes for hundreds of local residents.
