Han and Tang Dynasty pottery figurines unearthed in Luoyang are on display at the Jiaxing Museum

Recently, the “Historical Faces: A Display of Han and Tang Dynasty Terracotta Figurines Unearthed in Luoyang” jointly organized by the Luoyang Museum and the Jiaxing Museum (Jiaxing Majiabang Culture Museum) has opened at the Jiaxing Museum. This exhibition showcases 129 sets of terracotta figurines from the Han and Tang Dynasties from the collection of the Luoyang Museum and will run until June 18th.

This exhibition marks the first collaboration between the Luoyang Museum and the Jiaxing Museum (Jiaxing Majiabang Culture Museum). It aims to connect the land of the Yellow River and the Luo River with the water towns of the south through precious terracotta figurines, allowing visitors to experience the techniques and beauty passed down for thousands of years within the shared historical memories and emotions.(Reporter Liu jiayi  Correspondent huang Chao)
