Henan Major Cultural Relic Sites Study Tour Theme Routes released many sites in Luoyang selected

Recently, the Cultural and Tourism Bureau of Henan Province released the Henan Major Cultural Relic Sites Study Tour Theme Routes, with many sites in Luoyang selected.

The Henan Major Cultural Relic Sites Study Tour Theme Routes include the “Civilization Light: Exploring the Ancient Trace”, “Origin of China: Seeking the Brilliance of the Xia and Shang Dynasties”, and “Elegant Capital Scroll: Crossing Through the Millennia of Glory” three routes. Among them, the Erlitou National Archaeological Site Park and Yanshi City Ruins were selected for the “Origin of China: Seeking the Brilliance of the Xia and Shang Dynasties” route, the Han-Wei Luoyang Ancient City Ruins, the Yanyang National Archaeological Site Park, and the Longmen Grottoes were selected for the “Elegant Capital Scroll: Crossing Through the Millennia of Glory” route.

Cultural relic sites are irreplaceable cultural heritage resources. In recent years, Luoyang has based itself on its rich historical and cultural resources, prioritized protection and accelerated the integration of culture and tourism, explored the 3.0 version of major cultural relic site protection and utilization, and promoted the full utilization of projects such as site protection and display, allowing traditional culture to enter more consumption scenarios and forming a new “Luoyang Model” for cultural heritage protection and inheritance in the new era. In the future, Luoyang will adhere to the principle of preservation first and innovation, and follow the concept of “revolutionary creativity, immersive experience, youth-oriented consumption, and mobile-end dissemination” to actively promote the deep integration of historical and cultural heritage and the tourism industry. It will use culture to shape tourism and use tourism to highlight culture, and leverage cultural heritage to create more new business forms, new scenes, and new products in the tourism industry, so that historical and cultural heritage can “come alive” and “catch on” more, and truly turn its advantage in historical and cultural resources into an advantage in high-quality industrial development.
