On the morning of March 19, Luoyang International Communication Center and Luoyang International Communication Alliance is established in Luoyang Daily Press, marking the opening of a new chapter in Luoyang international communication.
Luoyang International Communication Center, operated and managed by Luoyang Daily, is an important platform for Luoyang City to promote the high-quality development of international communication and enhance the international discourse power. Based in Luoyang, the center will integrate government, media, academic institutions and social resources to build a comprehensive and multi-level international communication system, and is committed to creating a “window for the world to understand Luoyang.”
At the event site, Luoyang International Communication Alliance was announced simultaneously. The alliance aims to build an international communication platform integrating information sharing, resource integration, cultural exchanges and talent training. In the future, the Alliance will build a broad and close comprehensive international communication network, better expand international communication channels, deepen cultural exchanges and mutual learning, through various forms of international communication activities, so that the Luoyang story in a more vivid and vivid way to present to the world.
