Recently, the Shijian High-end Homestay in Xinnan Village, Chongdugou Demonstration Zone, Luanchuan County, has attracted attention for its innovative model of “geology + cultural tourism”.
This homestay is a theme homestay featuring the stone appreciation culture of the Funiu Mountains. It was jointly built by returned village notables and the village collective through the “village collective economy + operator” model. Relying on the favorable situation of rural tourism in this demonstration area, it uses stones as a medium to activate local cultural resources and drive employment for the local people and increase collective income.
