On December 15th, when viewed from a drone, the Wan Yuzhou Yellow River Wetland Park in Baihe Town, Mengjin District, Luoyang City presented a breathtaking scene. The clear and green river water, the colorful wetland vegetation, and the meandering and unobstructed ecological corridors, all against the backdrop of blue sky and white clouds, formed a picturesque and magnificent landscape. This attracted a large number of tourists to come for leisure and entertainment.
In recent years, Mengjin District of Luoyang City has been committed to promoting ecological protection and high-quality development along the Yellow River in accordance with the principle of “comprehensive protection, scientific restoration and rational utilization”. It has adhered to the combination of natural recovery and artificial restoration, and systematically advanced the ecological environment construction along the Yellow River. As a result, the ecological environment of the “Mother River” has been significantly improved and the landscape along the Yellow River has been greatly enhanced, forming a beautiful ecological green picture.
