Recently, a reporter visited the Dongfanghong 704 Youth Innovation Industrial Park in Jiaxi District and saw that the former abandoned factory area had been transformed into a new energy vehicle e-commerce live streaming exhibition hall, a science popularization and research travel park for primary and secondary school students, a wedding banquet theme hotel, and more.
In recent years, the district has continuously improved the level of protection and utilization of industrial heritage, accelerated the revitalization of industrial heritage resources, and transformed the 140,000-square-meter abandoned factory area of the former First Tractor Machinery Plant into the Dongfenghong 704 Youth Innovation Park. The park has successively introduced a variety of business forms such as the first store of Mengtian Music in Luoyang, the Future City Science Fiction Park, a high-end experience and live-streaming e-commerce platform for new energy vehicles, and trendy youth innovation spaces, creating new consumption scenarios.
