Recently, when walking into Luotong 1954 Cultural Park located on Jianshe Road in Jiaoxi District, one is immediately struck by the vibrant consumption scenes such as pet stores, coffee shops, and gyms. This cultural park, which has been renovated and upgraded from the industrial buildings of the Soviet Union during the “First Five-Year Plan” period, has become a popular destination for citizens to exercise, relax, and take photos.
In recent years, Jianxi District has adhered to the principle of “restoring the old as it was and promoting protection through utilization”, deeply activating and utilizing the industrial heritage resources within its jurisdiction. Centering on the theme of “industrial style + trendy life”, it has created a new urban landmark integrating cultural experience, leisure consumption, and sports fitness, continuously fostering a diverse range of consumption scenarios that blend industry and city.
