Recently, the 10th anniversary of the Australian Henan Overseas Chinese Association and the 5th anniversary of the Youth Association were held at the Sydney Town Hall. Luoyang opera, Luoyang Hanfu, Luoyang Tang tri-colored pottery, Luoyang cultural and creative products, and Luoyang peony pu’er tea were all shown there. They were presented to nearly 800 representatives from politics, the overseas Chinese community and other fields of both China and Australia to show off Luoyang culture.
It is heard that the celebration was with the theme of “Meeting China in Henan”. It was to create an immersive experience of the culture in Central China. At the event, there were experience projects like making lacquer fans and seal engraving, which are non-material cultural heritages. They also showed Jun porcelain of Yuzhou and Song porcelain of Kaifeng from Henan. Among them, the Luoyang peony pu’er tea art show was really popular.which attracted a lot of guests to have a taste. It’s worth mentioning that the cultural and creative products of the ZhenDangDan brand showed nearly 20 kinds of products at the event. These included popular cultural blind boxes, cultural plush dolls, and dialect-themed cultural tea drinks.
