On the April 20th, the 2025 Luoyang Cycling League Mengjin Station and the “Lutong Cup” Mengjin Xiaolangdi Most Beautiful Yellow River Scenic Road Cycling Open kicked off. 621 cyclists from home and abroad emerged in a steady stream from the Xiaolangdi Yellow River Ecological Corridor, embarking on a speed race that allow them to immerse themselves in the beauty of nature in this picturesque scene filled with the fragrance of flowers and the clear spring weather.
As the first city race of the 2025 Luoyang City Cycling League, this event features four competition categories: Men’s Road Elite Group, Men’s Mountain Open Group, Women’s Road Elite Group, and Men’s Road Mass Group. The race course is a loop route, with a total length of 20 kilometers. This cycling route, like a fresh and elegant ribbon, closely connects the natural scenery and cultural landscapes along the Yellow River. Among the participants, there are not only cycling experts from Germany and Canada, but also riders from 20 provinces across China. The competitors chase each other, fully experiencing the unique charm of sports competition in the fierce competition, enjoying the beautiful scenery of Xiaolangdi, Mengjin.
This event is hosted by the Sports Bureau of Luoyang City, the Sports Federation of Luoyang City, and the People’s Government of Mengjin District, Luoyang City.
